Postcard Design — We specialize in standard and over-sized postcard design and printing. All of our postcards use high-quality paper stock and are printed with a glossy, full-color front. You may choose full-color or gray scale options for the reverse side of the postcard.  Postcards are great tools for advertising special promotions or new services. You may choose to pass out to current customers, deliver to newspaper boxes (to save money on postage), or mail directly to prospects using a targeted list of prospects or your own customer list (which we can upload to our printer). Many of our customers have us design two different variations — one for mailing, and one for handing out.

 

Newsletters — If you have information you want to distribute to your customers on a fairly regular basis, newsletters are a great communication tool. You can supply us with the copy, or give us a few ideas and we can write the copy for you.

 

Brochures/Fact Sheets — Whether you need a tri-fold brochure, fact sheet, or menus designed, we can help.  Allow us to design an attractive piece that’s easy for your customers to follow.

 

Logo/Branding — If you are a new business or want to revamp your logo, we can work with you to develop an image with the look and feel you want to project. We can design and print your letterhead or business cards to further strengthen your identity with your logo.

 

Advertising Design — As a full-service marketing agency, we’d like to help you develop print advertisements that reflect an image consistent with your collateral. 

 

Media Relations — If your business has a message appropriate for local or national media, we can write press releases and pitch your news to the most appropriate business or trade journals. In addition, we can submit your press release to a newswire distribution service.  Public relations services require a six-month commitment (as it takes time to cultivate relationships with the press and work to get your news/stories published). 

 

Printing — typically we design and print your pieces.  However, if you already have a piece designed, we can send it to one of our printers.  As we deal with a large volume of collateral and have special relationships with our vendors, we can typically offer you better pricing on printing your material than any of the local print shops. 

 

Distribution and Mailing Services — We offer our clients two options for distribution of their collateral. You may purchase a mailing list based on zip code, county, or radius and have our printer mail out your pieces directly (first-class or bulk mail).  Lists can be further defined by income, house value, gender, age, business/residential, etc. In addition, we also have specific area neighborhoods, The Point, The Farms and The Peninsula available to our clients.  For neighborhoods with the secondary paper box, we are partnered with an area distribution company who will hand deliver your pieces to those boxes.

 

Chotchkies — If you need apparel, visors, pens, post-it pads, car magnets or virtually any other promotional item with your company’s logo or message printed on it, we can assist you. We have relationships with a local Charlotte service provider and a number of online vendors, who have virtually every kind of promotional item you want.
